Spanish automatic. I found an empty shell jammed in the

reco11 Exh.13. The barrel was fouled. It had been fired

12 or 14 hours before. I fired 7 rounds, It fouled after

sach rounde The license no. had been removed, filed and

smery paper. Exh. 8 I received from igt. Ronsskwy. It was

fired from a gun of that of that type. The rifling markso

on other bullets fired from xh.9 arò similar to those

Xxh.8. I handed the bullet back to C. D.1. Reynolds.
